Section 21(a) in Jharkhand State Play Schools (Recognition and Control) Rules, 2017
(a)Any private play school may be inspected by the competent authority/official authorised by competent authority/National or State ECCE Council/National or State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, whenever it considers necessary and may communicate the observations to the State Government or competent authority.
