Section 21 in Jharkhand State Play Schools (Recognition and Control) Rules, 2017
21. Inspection.
(a)Any private play school may be inspected by the competent authority/official authorised by competent authority/National or State ECCE Council/National or State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, whenever it considers necessary and may communicate the observations to the State Government or competent authority.(b)The competent authority may direct the Management to rectify the defects, if any, found during the course of the inspection, within a stipulated time.Chapter-VII Miscellaneous
