Section 1 in The Gujarat Provision for Disqualification of Members of Local Authorities for Defection Act, 1986
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Provision for Disqualification of Members of Local Authorities for Defection Act, 1986.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
