Section 9(1) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Act, a visitor may be;-(a)a member of the Council or(b)a person who is or has been a teacher of any institution conferring veterinary diploma or degree included in the First or Second Schedule to the Act; or(c)a person who has acted as an examiner in a veterinary diploma or degree course included in the First or Second Schedule to the Act; or(d)a person who possesses veterinary diploma or degree (after undergoing a court of study) in veterinary included in the First 01 Second Schedule to the Act and having at least ten years professional standing.
