(1)A provision of these rules may be amended by the State Government in the Culture Department, after consultation with the Panchayati Raj Department.(2)If any doubt arises relating to any of the provisions of these rules, the said doubt may be clarified by the State Government in the Culture Department.(3)The Gandhi Pathagar may, subject to the prior approval of the State Government in the Culture Department, may get affiliated to any Organisation for the furtherance of its objects.
