- The Vice-President shall-(a)in the absence of the President preside at the meetings of the Board;(b)exercise such of the powers and perform such of the duties of the President as the President, from time to time, may delegate to him; and(c)pending the election of a President, or during the absence of the President on leave, exercise the powers and perform the duties of the President.
