Section 12(1) in The Central Motor Vehicles (Accreditation of Bus Body Builders) Order, 2007

(1)A Secretariat shall be established for each Zonal Accreditation Boards. This shall be headed by a permanent Secretary who shall be appointed by Zonal Accreditation Board. Zonal Accreditation Board shall also appoint other staff required for the Board.
