12. Zonal Accreditation Board Secretariat.
(1)A Secretariat shall be established for each Zonal Accreditation Boards. This shall be headed by a permanent Secretary who shall be appointed by Zonal Accreditation Board. Zonal Accreditation Board shall also appoint other staff required for the Board.(2)Secretariat for West Zonal Accreditation Board and South Zonal Accreditation Board shall be established in Central Institute of Road Transport, Pune. Secretariat for North Zonal Accreditation Board and East Zonal Accreditation Board shall be established in the Automotive Research Association of India, Pune.
