143. Amendment of Section 189.
- In Section 189 of the said Code, in Hindi version, -(a)in the marginal heading, for the words ^^dzsrk }kjk tek jkf'k vkSj O;frdze ij iqu% fodz; the words ^^dzsrk }kjk jkf'k dk tek fd;k tkuk vkSj O;frdze ij iqu% fodz; shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (1), for words ^^iqu% fodz; esa ewY; esa gksus okyh fdlh deh ;k deh the words ^^iqu% fodz; ij ewY; esa gksus okyh fdlh deh shall be substituted.
