4. Territorial Limits.-(1)The territorial limits of the University shall extend to the whole
of India.(2)The University may establish Centres under one School or several Schools orfaculties, take up research projects or other academic programmes for a limited period outsideKerala or outside India as may be required for pursuing its objectives.(3)All Schools, research, projects, along with the other institutions coming underthe jurisdiction and authority of the University shall form constituent units of the Universityunder the full management and control of the officers and Authorities of the University andno college or any other institution shall be recognized as an affiliated unit.
