113. Dignitaries to address meeting.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 111, a President may convene a meeting of the Zilla Parishad to enable such dignitaries as the State Government may, by general or special order, specify in this behalf to address the Councillors.(2)The President shall, as far as practicable, inform the Councillors of such meeting and of the time and place thereof at least two days before the meeting.
