Section 50(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007

(1)Non-Official Members of the State Police Board shall be appointed on the recommendation of a Selection Panel which shall consist of-
(a)the Lokayukta, Himachal Pradesh ...Chairman;
(b)the State Chief Information Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh. ...member; and
(c)the Chairman of the State Public Service Commission ...member.
