Section 46(2) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(2)The service conditions of the officers of the University other than those specified in clause (1) above shall be governed by the following rules to be framed by the State Government:-(i)University of Udaipur Officers, Service Rules:(ii)University of Udaipur Officers, (Emoluments and Allowances Rules and any other rules prescribing the general conditions of service or terms of contract of the employees or the University and for the time being in force, which may be made applicable to the Officers of the University by order of the State Government.
