35. Ordinance.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statute the Ordinance may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)admission of students, courses of study and fees thereof, qualifications pertaining to degrees, diplomas, certificates and other courses, conditions for the grant of fellowships, awards and [constitution of the Students Union and process of is election and] [Inserted by C.G. Act No. 12 of 2014, dated 13.8.2014.] the like;(b)conduct of examinations, including the terms and conditions and appointment of examination and moderators;(c)any other matter which by this Act or the Statute is to be or may be provided for by the Ordinance.(2)The first Ordinance shall be made by Kulpati with the previous approval of the State Government and the Ordinance so made may be amended, repealed or added to at any time by the Executive Council in the manner prescribed by the Statute.
