Section 40(5) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(5)The Superintendent and other members of the staff shall certify that the sealed cover was in proper order and it was opened in the examination hall at the time of the examination in their presence. A certificate shall be recorded and forwarded to the Registrar on the same day.
