(1)by delegates of its members-(a)where the society has as its members individuals, and other persons referred to in clauses (c) to (f) of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Act, if any and the area of operation of the society extends to more than one revenue district,(b)where the society has as its members co-operative societies and the persons referred to in clauses (c) to (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Act, if any,
