3. Division of seats among district and delimitation of constituencies.
(1)The number of seats allotted to each district for returning the members in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 148-B of the Act, shall be as indicated in Schedule 1.(2)The constituencies in which each district shall be divided and the number of total as well as Scheduled Castes seats allotted to each such constituency, shall be as indicated in Schedule 11.
