91. Prohibition against and regulation of door, gate, bar or ground window opening outwards.
(1)No door, gate, bar or ground floor window shall, without a license from the Gram Panchayat, be hung or placed so as to open outwards upon any public road vested in the Gram Panchayat.(2)The Gram Panchayat may require the owner of such door, gate, bar or ground floor window to alter it, so that no part thereof when open shall project over the public road.
