(1)In proceedings in which costs have been incurred, the final order shall apportion the cost between the parties to the proceeding.(ii)Cost thus apportioned shall be recoverable by the Revenue-officer by attachment and sale of the movable property of the person liable for the same in the manner prescribed in section 70 of the Land Revenue Ac.
