113. Power to make rules.
(1)The State Government may make rules for the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions of this Chapter.(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers such rules may provide for -(a)the method of recruitment, and qualification of persons to be appointed to the posts created in connection with the affairs of the Corporation;(b)the designation and grade of posts of officers, staff and other servants created under clause (v) of sub-section (1) of Section 106;(c)the appointment of persons in temporary or officiating capacity;(d)the salaries, emoluments and other allowances of persons appointed to the aforesaid posts;(e)the leave, punishment, including dismissal and removal, appeal and other disciplinary matters and other conditions of service of the officers, staff and other servants of the Corporation; [* * *] [Omitted by U.P.
