Section 55(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)Persons who are ordinarily residents in the State of Nagaland shall be given preference over other in the matter of recruitment to all posts in the University in the State of Nagaland, subject to fulfillment of the qualifications, terms and other conditions of appointment prescribed in regulations.
