In these regulations unless there is anything repugnant to the subject or context-(a)"Committee" means the Committee constituted under Regulation 9;(b)"Engineer" means an Engineer in Electrical of Mechanical or Telecommunication specially borne in the O.S.E.B. Power Engineers for Thermal Generation Service;(c)"Examination" means professional Examination;(d)"Schedule" means the Schedule appended to these regulations.
