Section 2(b) in The Professional Examination of Power Engineers for Thermal Generation Regulations, 1988
(b)"Engineer" means an Engineer in Electrical of Mechanical or Telecommunication specially borne in the O.S.E.B. Power Engineers for Thermal Generation Service;
