Section 3(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(1)These Regulations shall apply to :-(a)every whole-time officer or employee of the Corporation;(b)every officer or employee employed temporarily and every advisor or agent or any other persons recruited on special contract, subject to the terms of such contract;Provided that nothing in these Regulations shall apply to the Executive Director, unless the application to him of all or any of these Regulations has been approved by the State Government/Governor of Punjab.
