Section 49(2) in The Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(2)[ The members of the committee of selection shall be:-(i)The Kulapati shall be Chairman of the Selection Committee;(ii)Three experts in the concerned subject nominated by the Kulapati out of the panel approved by the Academic Council of the University;(iii)Dean of the concerned faculty, wherever applicable;(iv)Head of the Department if he/she holds the post of Professor in the Department;(v)An academician nominated by the Kuladhipati;(vi)An academician representing Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes/Minorities/Differently-abled categories to be nominated by the Kulapati or acting Kulapati, if any of the above members of the Selection Committee docs not belong to that category.]
