6. Prohibited areas and areas of special control.
- The Chief Administrator may -(a)by notification prohibit the erection, exhibition, fixation, retention or display of all or any class of advertisement and sky-sign in any street, road or public park or part thereof or in any place of public resort; and(b)regulate the erection, exhibition, fixation, retention or display of advertisements and sky-signs in any manner in the Areas of Special Control, in accordance with the regulations indicated in the Advertisement Zoning Plans of the said areas.
