Section 10(ix) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(ix)The proof of minimum eligible educational qualification required for any of the courses under the Board shall have to be submitted to the Principal of the concerned affiliated institution not later than the last date(s) prescribed by the institution for seeking the admission by a candidate and in any case not later than 31st August of each year.
