2B. Authorised Officer.
(1)The Commissioner of Land Revenue shall be the authorised officer to exercise overall supervision of the implementation of the provision of this Act and he shall be assisted by an officer not below the rank of Joint Land Revenue Commissioner entrusted by the Government for the purpose.(2)All officers to act under the provision of this Act shall be bound to comply with the direction given by the authorised officer.]
