99. Election Commission.
(1)The Election Commission appointed under section 185 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Panchayats) Regulation, 1994 shall be the Election Commission Reg. I of 1994. for the superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls, and conduct of all elections to the Gram Panchayats and District Panchayats in the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.(2)The Administrator shall, when so requested by the Election Commission, make available to that Commission such staff as may be necessary for the discharge of the functions conferred on the Election Commission by sub-section (1).
