(9)(i)The Chairman shall conduct the business of and preside over the meeting of the Committee and shall cast his vote only in the case of equality of votes.(ii)The Chairman shall prepare a panel of names of the members of the Committee arranged in order of priority who shall preside over and conduct the meetings of the Committee, during his absence.
