Section 5(j) in "Sports Authority" (Procedure for Allotment of Sports Stadia for Sporting and Non-Sporting Activities) Rules, 2012
(j)The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh / District Sports Authority reserves the right to cancel the allotment already made at any time without assigning any reason there for or any notice thereto. In case of any dispute, the orders of the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh and the District Collector and Chairman, District Sports Authority, wherever applicable, are final.
