72. Meetings of District Panchayat.
(1)The time and place of meetings of the District Panchayat and the procedure to be followed at such meeting shall be such as may be prescribed.(2)A member of the District Panchayat may, at any meeting, move any resolution and put question to the President or the Vice-President on matters connected with the administration of the District Panchayat in the manner prescribed.(3)No resolution of the District Panchayat shall be modified, amended, varied or cancelled by the District Panchayat within a period of three months from the date of passing thereof except by a resolution supported by two-thirds of the total number of members of the District Panchayat.
