Section 74(3) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Ka Nirvachan) Rules, 1997
(3)All valid ballot papers shall be bundled together and kept along with the bundle of rejected ballot papers in a separate packet which shall be sealed and on which shall be recorded the following particulars, namely :-(a)the serial number of constituency and name of Mandi Committee in case of election of member and the name of Mandi Committee in case of election of Chairman.(b)the number and name of the Polling Station where the ballot papers have been used; and(c)the date of counting.
