Section 9(6)(III) in Andhra Pradesh School Education (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2005

(III)No vacancy shall be added to the list after the list is displayed. The Member-Secretary shall be held responsible for any vacancy added/deleted after the list is displayed.
