(2)The Research Council shall be responsible to the Director of Research Services and shall consider and make recommendations on all matters pertaining to agriculture research of the Vishwavidyalaya and especially with respect to-(a)Agriculture rural life research service;(b)Preparation of material for development of agriculture such as publications, films, etc., for better development of research.
