7L. Functions of Informant Incentive Committee.
(1)The Informant Incentive Committee shall be assisted by the Office of Informant Protection.(2)The Informant Incentive Committee shall give its recommendations to the Board on the following matters, -i. Eligibility of Informant for reward;ii. Determination under regulations 7E and 7G; andiii. Such other issues relating to Informant as the Board may require from time to time.(3)The Informant Incentive Committee shall conduct its meetings in the manner specified by the Board in this regard.
