16. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provision of this Act, the State Government may pass such order, to be published in the Official Gazette, as may be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.(2)Every order passed under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after it is passed, be laid before State Legislative Assembly.
