Section 98 in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
98. Definitions.
(1)In this part unless the context otherwise requires 'Video-Cinema' means any place wherein an exhibition of moving picture or series of pictures is given by means of a video cassette recorder/player or any such similar instrument or device.(2)The provisions of this part shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in other parts of these rules.
