(4)In the case of special housing schemes for economically weaker sections of society, low income group, slum clearance or for industrial labour undertaken by public agency, the authority may, from time to time, specify the norms for the size of the rooms as below :(a)A single room tenement shall consist of a room not less than 9.5 sq. mtrs. in carpet area with the minimum width of 2.4 mtrs. and a multipurpose space area of not less than 3.6 sq. mtrs. with a width of 1.5 mtrs.(b)In the case of double room tenements there shall be a living room not less than 9.5 sq. mtrs. in area and the other room not less than 7.5 sq. mtrs. in area.
