36.
(a)Examinations shall be of two kinds, namely, Internal and External.(b)Internal examinations shall be conducted by the College staff and shall consist of-(i)Half-yearly Examinations in December;(ii)Annual Examinations at the end of the 1st and 3rd year classes.(c)External examinations shall be conducted by such outside examiners, members of College staff and members of the Advisory Committee as may be selected by the Advisory Committee appointed for this purpose and shall consist of-(i)Preliminary examination at the end of 2nd year class;(ii)Final diploma examination at the end of 4th year class.(d)Fees for the External examinations shall be Rs. 3 for the preliminary and Rs. 5 for the final diploma examinations.(e)The full marks assigned in each subject shall be 200 (100 for written and 100 for practical examinations and for each part of the examination) as amended in Government Order No. 9080-L.S.-G., dated 7th August, 1950. The standard for passing shall be 33 per cent.
