Section 81(2) in Jharkhand Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(2)The District Child Protection Unit shall accordingly:(i)send the information of transfer to the appropriate Board or the Committee having jurisdiction over the area where the child is ordered to be transferred by the Board or Committee; and(ii)send a copy of the information to the Person-in-charge of the institution where the child is to be placed for care and protection at the time of the transfer order.
