Section 68(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation And Management) Rules, 2011
(1)The Government shall provide a Secretary and such other officers and employees to the Authority as may be required by the Authority for smooth discharge of its duties and responsibilities under the Act.
