Section 8 in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
8. Admission of member as a Subscriber.
(a)A member who is eligible as per rule 7 may be admitted by the Board, as a subscriber to the Fund ;(b)The Board has the right to refuse the admission of subscriber to the Fund and where it refuses admission, the Board shall record its reason in writing for refusal and pass orders.
