Section 41 in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980

41. Repeals.

(1)The Garo Hills Cotton Trade Regulation, 1952 on coming into force of the Garo Hills Cotton, Jute and Ginger Regulation, 1980 shall hereby be repealed.
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal every licence granted and any action taken under the provisions of the Garo Hills Cotton Trade Regulation, 1952 shall be deemed to have been granted or taken under this Regulation.First Schedule[See Section 5 (1)]Licence fee as follows-
