Section 44(1)(b) in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976

(b)if the ship is alongside a quay, treat the fire as on shore and raise the alarm in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (2) and also inform an officer of the ship who shall also raise the alarm in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (2).
