(3)The University shall setup a committee on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (Central Act 14 of 2013) and shall make subsequent rules regarding the same.
