Section 10(1) in Staff Nurse Class III, Competitive Examination Rules, 2013
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless the examination authority is satisfied that-(i)the candidate possesses the requisite qualification under the recruitment rules for the said post; and(ii)he has paid the requisite fees along with the application.
