Section 10 in Staff Nurse Class III, Competitive Examination Rules, 2013
10. Appearance at the examination.
(1)No candidate shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless the examination authority is satisfied that-(i)the candidate possesses the requisite qualification under the recruitment rules for the said post; and(ii)he has paid the requisite fees along with the application.(2)The decision of the examination authority as to the eligibility of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final.
