(1)Every coupon book shall contain the following certificate duly signed by the Sanctioning Authority :-"I hereby certify that Shri/Shrimati_________________ is Deputy Minister/Chief Parliamentary Secretary/Parliamentary Secretaries in the State of Punjab and tickets may be issued to him/her/his spouse Shri Shrimati _________________ his/her dependent children accompanying either of them and the attendant accompanying him/her, in exchange for the rail travel coupons for journeys to be undertaken by him/her/them within our outside India.(SEAL)Sanctioning Authority."
