Section 38(1) in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Regulation, an employee shall not except with the previous sanction of the Managing Director -(a)Receive any complimentary or valedictory address, accept any testimonials presented to him/her or attend any public meeting or entertainment held in his/her honour or;(b)Take part in the presentation of a complimentary or valedictory address or of a testimonials to any other employee of the Corporation or to any person who has recently quitted to service of the Corporation or attend a public meeting or entertainment held in honour of such employee or person.
